Hippyfreak has passed away...

Being aware of his illness/health issues for sometime now, it is sad to hear just the same.

Thank you for the help on the site, emails, and for your wonderful posts. I didn't know you in person, but you certainly had an influence on my being.

Rest in peace HF.

Literally hours before his passing, hippyfreak was trying to help members with their problems, even though his heart was about to stop beating.

Now THAT ladies and gentlemen, was someone who was committed to this forum. A true testament to his character.

This is such sad news. I really loved his Wii upload index. He really contributed to the community. RIP Hippyfreak. :)

I'm almost in shock. I've just read the notice. I... I barely know him but certainly he was a HUGE respectful man with everyone in this forum... even with the sh** heads... that said a lot of the man, people. Always was very kind and every thread he started is every thread to be checked out!

I hope he rests in peace and that his family may be comforted in this great time of need. Having a loved one pass away is hard enough but it's especially hard at his (and his family's) young age.

For those that don't know, Graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) is usually caused when immune cells contained in transplanted marrow attack their (new) host. It can also occur after a blood transfusion.
