Well that basically says that the US have the right to control everything and to take actions whenever they want. It's not only for music or video sharing but any kind of datas. It aims at empowering the idea of copyright by extending it to everything. It's annoying when it comes to music or movies but it's even more dangerous when it comes to datas such as meds. It could prevent needing countries to access basics prescription drugs because of copyrights. Needlesss to say that it also foresee a global surveillance of the Internet without any kind of control.
