What's funny, I actually live off GA515 in north GA and have not heard anything about this. I live in Pickens County right below Union County.

It's a great idea, though. The KKK dumps most of their bodies on that stretch of the highway.

They actually did that in Missouri and soon dropped out of the program. Their signs would get defaced all the time, and Missouri renamed part of the highway they adopted as the Rosa Parks Freeway :D

I really don't think it's a problem, I'd just take all my trash and litter like crazy, make them really work at maintaining the road, people with kids could get rid of those dirty diapers and laugh at the morons who have to clean it up :P

In order to protect our "freedom of belief", we must not discriminate even for such abominable a group as the KKK. You may not like it, but they do have the right to apply for this. As mentioned above, though illegal, littering so as to create a heavier work load in that specific area is not a bad idea. In the spirit of "freedom to protest".

As long as the KKK does not discriminate against the roads, like stopping other race drivers and turning them away that's fine with me. As long as they are not cleaning it up by beating the crap out of people who are not white on the road it's fine with me.

I do not believe in the beliefs they do, but they should have the same rights to pick up garbage on the side of the road as anyone else. Its good training for them for when they get community service for being dumb asses.
I wouldn't litter in the area though, that is cowardly. Drop a piece of trash for them to pick up and then drive away, not my style.
