Love the dexter joke.

We never heard about this case in Aus, but it reminds us of the baby Azaria/Lindy Chamberlain fiasco (the yanks may recall that famous line "A dingo's got my baby!" from a tele-movie of the story) where the media 'trial', conservative nature of Aus society, and generic FUBAR police investigation had similar results.

BTW, its now believed she was telling the truth.

This reminds me of that Peterson case that happen in Redwood City, CA. He murdered his pregnant wife and dumps the body in the same lake where he goes fishing. He screwed up because he was at the same lake where he reported her missing. If he was smart, then he would have dumped the body somewhere else or go fishing some where else.

I believe she murdered her baby but played it smart. Either way, she owes a crap load of $$$$$$$$ for that lawyer, and she is still a baby killer because she lied in court. She took too long to report her baby was missing. Time to move on.

For one, Peterson could have probably beat the rap if he had just left his wife in the swimming pool and said she accidently drowned. Trying to hide the body is where he screwed up. Another PSYCHOPATH!

For the lawyers fees, the guy is probably a Public Defender - Court Appointed-- which means the good old tax payers will pick up his tab.

He was a public defender. That means the tax payers in Florida paid for her defense.

She is guilty as hell and now there will be no justice for Caylee. The state should force her to undergo and complete hysterectomy so she can never do this to another child.

Kinda silly dont you think?
The below is about a man who was found not guilty of killing a 2 year old then confessed afterward- He is free and his confession mean NADA!
http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0601/27/lkl.01.html

As for the jury in this case I can see them saying that they can't say first degree murder as there is no evidence of premeditation (not to say I don't believe she did not kill her the question is was it accidental) What I can't understand is the man slaughter and child abuse not guilty verdicts. Even if the BS "she drowned " story is true, is it not negligent not to call 911 and try to revive her, but to instead bury her in the woods by your house?

hm... where did you get that info? it appears he had his own firm and was hired by the defendant in 2008. it is not known if he got paid, or how much. many lawyers would do this type thing pro bono. it was probably the best thing that ever happened to Baez, it would not be so bad for him to do it pro bono.

it is like the article mentioning the bikini stuff, it is not really accurate, he did not sell bikinis as such but did legal work for a past site that was involved in bikinis. he also did much work with domestic violence groups, which they forgot to mention at all. he worked in the public defenders office for a stint also, but not at the time this happened.

if the press spews it the public regurgitates it.

it would seem that with the jury not being hung and the deliberation was not incredibly long there is something they saw/heard we are not privy to.

smiles,
Mandy

So should a jury not being well hung have anything to do with a murder trial?
Thanks for noticing Mandy, they obviously have no b@lls!

This claim by many perpetrators of inexcusable monstrous/atrocious behaviour and attacks against innocent children is nothing more than a sympathy stunt portrayed and orchestrated by low life, win at all cost defence teams.

As an adult survivor of atrocious childhood abuse, my former psychologist explained to me that all the scum who attack innocent children are offered this excuse by their lawyers to lessen their sentences and make their behaviour excusable.

She simply asked me with what I had been through as a child, could I ever do this to another child. I was horrified she would even ask me that, but after I screamed "of course I couldn't" she explained neither could any other person who went through what I went through as a child.

What most people don't realise about victims of this behaviour, their lives are never normal, they are never more than a split second thought away from another suicide attempt/hard drugs/the road to ruin.

My psychologist used to visit the major prison responsible for paedophile incarceration in Australia and she told me how the scum used to laugh at her about how they got 2-3 year sentences after offering this defence and having the courts sympathy. It's nothing more than bullshit.

I was abused as a child so it's all I know.
Crap, I was abused as a child and I could never inflict that sort of pain/torture on another human being, and my life has been totally f**ked up because of my childhood!
