Default Filesonic trouble

Eh.....it can be solved, if I call my bank and say my card has been lost, to send me a new one. But i thought I'd ask for suggestions anyways. I sign up for Filesonic around the 4th of this month. I used my debit card. So when I remember that unless I cancel, I will get a recurring bill every month. On paypal it's so easy, but i didn't use paypall as that option for some reason wouldn't let me. Now when I try the helpdesk and request a ticket, or use that ccbill website to try and cancel the subscription, I can't. It asks for a subscription ID, and I don't have one. Don't know what it is. CCBill has been trying to help me, but can't seem to find my information. Filesonic twice over a few days later, simply re-posts their info on how to cancel subscription, and labels the ticket as problem solved.....Ugggh. I keep replying that my problem is not solved because I know all that already, but I don't know my subscription ID, it's not even in my confirmation email that filesonic sent me. So therefore my problem is not solved. It's starting to piss me off and I don't like using the phone because my hearing sucks, but I guess that's what I'll have to resort to if they can't facking resolve this for me.

Thank you for that. I noticed in the support section on filesonic to the right of the screen was some option about if you can't find subscription Id or something or other click here, I did and it asked for your transaction ID and I think user name, then you put in a captcha, and hit "Cancel Subscription" So I resolved my issue by being more observant lol. Thanks for your answer though, appreciate it.
