is starting to really piss me off. What hes doing directly only piss's me off about 10%, the rest of it is his self righteous asinine bullshit that he keeps feeding people. He even runs his gdam site like hes the chinese government. Its the first web site I have ever seen that litterally WILL not allow any comments that make him or his company look bad posted on his site. Or if it directly goes against his views, he wont even debate or explain himself he just goes straight to the dictatorship stick. For the most part this is just my frustrated rant at finally being fed up with him, if you dont believe me, go to the site and find something you would like to voice your opinion on and watch the dictator in action. The part that piss's me off the most is he tries to come off as if hes doing all this bullshit in the manner of someone performing a moral duty when infact he hides his true motives. The ******* started all that bull because hes trying to keep his porn companies investment in streaming porn tube internet under the radar and all to himself while painting all cloud storage filehosts as criminals period no exceptions. I don't know I just feel its getting about time that we should look into doing something about his crap before he infects are beloved cloud hosters any further with his vain self righteous fake crusade.

If it was government site run on tax payers money then a different thing.. and you dont pay a dime of yours towards the site but still want to "voice" your opinions!? Let him do what he wants.. you do what you want!!

unkewl could have been a wee bit clearer. stoplockers isn't a forum or the like. It's a site of the Content provider Mob onwhich they make publicity AGAINST filehosters (or filelockers as they call them). Not only are they bragging with their successes in bullying paypal etc not to serve filehosters anymore they even ask for (and get) donations to support their case. A system that actually is pretty successful. Filehosts have probs with their pay-outs and customers or prospects have probs buying Premium accounts.
So it concerns all of us. Unfortunately there isn't much one could do except maybe defacing their site. That will only underline their "importance" and give them publicity.

But there is a solution: Bitcoins. The system exists, works fine and literally nobody can interfere. There have been malicious hackers in the past who virtually broke into a bitcoin bank but since then they put their vault into "Cold Storage" (offline computers).

If anybody has an idea how to counter or slow them: I'm on.
Besides of that: start studying the implementation of bitcoins and if your good at it help your friends with it. Guess we'll need that sooner than most thought.

@unkewl: ranting against stoplockers goals and actions is appropriate. Against the way they protect themselves against negative comments is not. Think of a website like a house: the landlord/owner decides who to let in or not, which pictures are shown on the walls and he can dismiss whoever he wants for any reason (or for none).

On the other hand nobody can stop you, publishing a site like: Stop-stoplockers.com, criticize them as well as you can, collecting donations and take actions to counter theirs.
(I provide free hosting in that case!!!!)
Free speech is guaranteed in the US as far as I'm informed. Of course you may not incite people to terror and violence.
Actually doing something; even if it appears futile in dimension is a far more rewarding experience than ranting. Especially when you get reactions.

Doesn't anyone get it: this organization is a threat to our personal freedom. They sabotage the file sharing scene by cutting the file hosts from pmt services. And more and more pmt services oblige to their bidding.
