BREAKING NEWS:

Volcano erupts in Iceland, spurs 50 quakes
White plume shoots 18,000 feet above the glacier that sits over the volcano!!!

Oh great. All this guy needs is some freak, random geological event to happen on the same day he predicts something, so as to gain some sort of BS traction and run with it.

"SEE! I TOLD YOU THERE WOULD BE SEVERAL EARTH QUAKES... AND YOU DIDN'T BELIEVE ME!!!!"

According to Camping, starting Saturday, "There's going to be a huge earthquake that's going to make the big earthquake in Japan seem like a Sunday school picnic."

"We want people to know that there are a few hours left to cry out to him for mercy," says Ken Ronning.

Trumpeting the apocalypse doesn't come cheap. Family Radio spent as much as $1 million on the billboard campaign. It can afford to. Camping's radio network was worth about $22 million in 2002 -- by 2008 it was valued at more than $117 million.

Reuters reported that the curtains were drawn in Camping's house in Alameda, California on May 21, and nobody was answering the door.
Soooooo, the prophet is still kicking around, just hiding out at home until he can spin why he wasn't raptured. Also according to Camping, Jesus was supposed to return on September 6, 1994. Anyone credible seen Jesus?

I wasn't one of the true believers to be raptured from the earth yesterday. Does that make me a bad person?

The guy is holed up in his home, and his followers are falling apart.
A lady is believed to have "sacrificed" her son for this crap too.

Camping should be held legally accountable for this and the funds he "raptured" from his followers.

Honestly, I can't believe some people are so gullible to believe in this crap. They either must have very low self esteem, major problems, too gullible, or just a failure in a self mechanism that can alleviate their source of problem. I don't feel sorry for his followers that poured all their life savings and investments and whatever into his campaign and fattening his pocket. It just means the "stupid" people will die off sooner or at least live a life that is miserable and they should learn their lesson the hard way i.e. less idiots in the world polluting my air and less traffic congestions (this makes me believe in Darwinism is very true, some people might just be less educated/developed than others...).

OK, we are still here....

I suppose all the conspiracy theorists are waiting for December, 2012.

This planet has thousands of millions of years in its past and thousands of millions in the years to come.
