i was wondring why the hell does everyone only seem to upload high definiton and blue ray dvds on megashare? I wouldnt mind this too much but when i try to download them it says error file size too large? So, I jus wanna download standard 700mb avis does anyone have a list of links for these? Also i have tried both rapidshare and megashare, and im currently on a megashare premium account which has cost me £15 for 6 months! way better value for money than megashare, unlimited downloads!

if you are downloading a 6gb file there 500mb limit so when it 5.5gb left to go the download just stops, so it pretty much worthless and i dont think u can resume, at least that's what happened to me when i was downloading diablo 2

I'm not a premium member on any site either and I find the best bet to be with MegaUploads...It doesnt make me wait a certain amount of time between downloads just have to be patient and download one at a time...Also I find their downloads to be way faster then Rapidshare's

Right now between RS and MU, i find RS superior by virtue of the fact that most if not all uploads here are in RS....Also, RSDownloader makes downloading RS links a breeze for me, not a single error yet... But the fact that you often have to unrar at least 50 - 100+ parts to a HD movie, a game or a TV show is a huge downer...

My prefered service is actually none of the above, its Megashares... MULTI GB (5+) isos in one download for just 25 bucks for 6 months? Awesome... no unraring, pw protection or any other PITA moments.. Their search function also makes attaining other downloads easy... Why aren't we using that for HD movies or games? Saves the bother of 100+ parts unraring/zipping.... no dead links or parts to be concerned about...

I've read it now and fully comprehend your prior statement, apologies for my haste in posting... I just wasn't putting my self in the shoes of the unsung uploader...... RS truly is the more agreeable choice when it comes to rewarding its uploaders...

megaupload is bugged, doesn't show newly uploaded files, and i can't get premium points...
tried downloading something logged off, also others report they can't get points even if freinds remotely download it... it shows downloaded 0 times -.-'
files > 100mb aren't elegible for MU reward points... i will try to upload a 20mb "original" file, to check if the download counter works... otherwise i don't know a solution... i bought a 2 year account, i would like to extend it without further paying :P

while you upload a file, the megamanager auto checks if he has it yet, maybe a md5 crc32 check, if it knows someone uploaded your file yet, megamanager istantly add it to your account, without actual uploading required...

maybe those files are flagged as no download no reward ?
or is it a bug, not refreshing the downloaded counter ?

Rapidshare is awful if one is not a paying RS customer. Megaupload is faster, and does not force that 15 minute delay between downloads on free service users.
