As the title suggests, no matter which medium you use to play game, which game that you have no regret over buying? For me, it would be Baldur's Gate Complete Collection that I bought from GOG. Best ten bucks ever spent...

I bought Civilization 5 on Steam. No regrets, the game has endless replay value. Also Elder Scrolls 4 was awesome! The available mods have made this game untouchable in my mind when talking of RPGs.

I would have to say Witcher 2 Enhanced Edition from GOG, and the other one would have to be when Borderlands was on sale with all DLC on steam for like $7... I played that for over 100hours with friends...

for me, that would be Bf2. Been playing it for 6 years and still play it, so I'd say that's a well spent $20...then again, i may have gotten out more if i didn't lol Last edited by Visual_Paradox; 06-24-12 at 07:23 PM. |

Definitely the starcraft games, the custom maps they make keep me coming back. Also morrowind, I just keep trying to finish that game completely but its so expansive its amazing, I've never been able too.

Idk about best bang for my buck, but in terms of time spent playing it would be: Super Mario Bros. 3 Return To Castle Wolfenstein and Rainbow Six 3 on the original Xbox (Xbox live) Halo 3 |

Team fortress 2 hands down. This was before it was free to play too. Crazy value.

As someone else already pointed out, Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion... Played for 6 months at least 2 or 3 hours a day, and I know there's still missions I never went on (completed all the major ones, but not all the others) :) |

Left 4 dead on the pc. There's soooo much add on content created by fans of the game. Other than that, I'd have to say Borderlands.
