You are absolutely 100% correct that what Science knows is very small when compared to what is unknown. That is the enjoyment of the sciences. However, what we do know, is as far as current experimentation allows us to say, known fact. Attempting to trivialize science for it's 'lack' of knowledge is not valid. What it does know is proven, testable fact. Religion has no such basis from which to draw when stating its conclusions.

It is not a question of 'right' or 'wrong' it is about what is fact and what is guesswork.
