Biography
Born in Marion Indiana, Lace Tomus has been singing, entertaining, and inspiring since she was 3 years old. Over the next 20 years of her life, Lace traveled all over the United States and performed at countless venues spreading inspiration through gospel music. Reflecting on life, love, and harmony, Lace began writing gospel music at the age of 13 and added country music at the age of 22.
From
1995 through 2000, Lace and her band Cold Steel entertained country and classic rock fans around the Southwest. After a two year break for writing, Lace formed the 350Z Band and continued entertaining fans of all ages with her dynamic energy and talent. While touring, Lace released her first gospel album titled "My Friend Jesus" containing five original songs expressing Lace's spirituality.
In 2009, Lace decided it was time to concentrate as a singer-songwriter by releasing her own music as a solo artist. Lace's first single "Mad as Red" was released in July 2010 prompting her fans to ask for more! Lace's first country album "Heart of a Country Girl" containing all original songs was released in March 2011. Full of energy and inspiration, Lace is currently writing for two upcoming albums - one gospel and one country. Stay tuned for more to come from Lace Tomus!
