It shouldn't matter that much, you can download the remux/mkv and when the pareltongue subs come - they can be easily added to your .mkv..will let you know the process :)
And the remux/mkv will be available tomorrow

Hi, thanks for the upload. I am playing it on my media player. Unfortunately I am unable to play the movie. I am only able to play the interactive part involving the actors and their comments on the movie.
Need help.

Yes, it's completely ridiculous not to have the Non-English parts subtitled on all of the versions so far, but whether they are on the bluray remains to be seen. Hopefully it is just a coincidence, as well as a foolish mistake by the encoders.

No, not a mistake by any encoders...the discs don't come with them..its warner bros's fault. All they want is money and dont care about delivering the goods the way people want them.

I noticed that there are 2 English subtitle files for this movie. Could the 2nd smaller file be for the 'Parseltongue' parts? (* Subtitle: English / 14.818 kbps)

I had a similar problem with 'King Arthur DC' where the Non-English parts had been left off the bluray by Disney and I had to get them from my old Dvd version and then sync them myself.
