yes that a good question if i you can please let us know coz i would like to do one also but how do you find the right stream in the folder are you using the playlist then demuxing ?

sorry have been kinda away from here as have been away from home meeting up with lawyers regarding copyright laws - HP 2 part 9 link will be fixed by tomorrow along with all Godfather Links, then clash of the titans part 4, Die Hard Links and more

All you need to rip a Blu-Ray into MKV is:
AnyDVD HD to remove the copy protection,
eac3to to extract the chapters,
and the latest MKVMerge to mux the m2ts file(s) & chapter file into a MKV file.
