What is different about the 3rd & 4th movies as ultimate editions?
They both appear to be the same length as the normal editions....

Yes they are of same length but have DTS-HD MA audio instead of LPCM and less picture noise.

actually video transfers are exactly the same, the audio is the only difference

nah...i checked it, the ultimate extended editions of 1 and 2 also have less picture noise. They make look the same but the picture noise was reduced and audio was changed..thats all.
Mostly picture noise is not noticeable usually but some guys don't want it when enjoying the movies with their home theatre systems.
