Me too, I considered replaying this and Doom 3 earlier and now both have had updated editions announced!

I was only about 9 when it first came out so I think I'd have a whole new appreciation for it. I can hardly even remember it....

Put it on steam and I'll consider to buy it. I wonder why I've never heard this game before as I was a kid, I did play PC games way back there like Red Alert, Star Craft, Tomb Raider 2, oh and not to mention, sesame streets elmo pre school lol.

Will definitely buy it.
I already bought BG 1 + Addon and BG 2 + Addon in two different versions, but I will buy a third edition. Because this is the most epic game ever and I love too see the changes (and finally play both games without mods).
