Default Cyborg USB Controller problem [FIXED]

I just got this new USB Controller that can play on both PC and PS3, in fact it has different modes for either or something. So the night I got it, I decided to play some FIFA 12 with my brother but when we got to the game the controller's buttons were all messed up. Meaning X didn't select and confirm stuff, it only undid stuff, like the O button. Basically, everything was messed up and the right analog stick didn't even work. We had a 2nd controller before and its buttons were messed up a little aswell though only the top ones, so it didn't change anything. On the new controller though, every button, aside from the left analog stick, doesn't do what it's supposed to. In the options, it shows that everything is assigned to the right button. Sorry for the long read but can you help me? Sorry if it's not the right category

I hardly doubt we got a broken controller, it just seems that something is wrong when connected to this computer. Hopefully someone knows what I'm talking about and has experienced the same problem

Did it come with software?
If so, did you install it?
Are you using it on a PC?

Nope, no software and I am using it on a PC. There's a button which allows me to change between PS3 and PC.

Yay! I fixed it. All you have to do is download an xbox 360 controller emulator, map the buttons and that'll fix it. I had a hunch that would work. Thanks for your help anyway!

That's why I'm not into 3rd party controllers. It seems like too many problem. None that I have ever bought ended up working out to good. I love the ease of using a 360 controller. But, I'm glad you got it sorted out.
