This doesnt seem to be working with the reatail version of the game. i found the health value and changed it but it never changed in the game so I tried it with ammo and that didnt work either.

For batteries, you need to use 1 bytes. The number to search for when you have 5 full batteries is 22, so the way to do it would be to first search 22 with 5 full batteries then to play with the increased value and decreased value options. The problems is that everything you move to another area, the address change so you have to do it again everytime.

I just completed this game last night (took me about 13 hours altogether, time well spent imo), but today I want to just blaze through the sucker on hard mode with all the upgrades from the get go. I got the praxis and the money after a few goes. I'm not going to alter my health I think that would be cheating just a tad too much, but I've been trying to add items this morning and I can't figure it out, just wondering if anyone else has yet.

I've tried scanning it by magazine size (both clip and the actual ammo in the gun itself), and also by the actual stacks of the item in your inventory. No luck yet.

A lot of people is having problems with the ammo. Do the search in 2 bytes. Do the search for the number of the ammo you want (do not include the ammo in the weapon), shoot the weapon, reload and do the next search. It will go down to 2 results, it is one of them :D

PS: Any search for stuff in inventory should be in 2 bytes, not just ammo.

I hunted down the actual pointer values and made a cheat engine trainer. This is for the version released last night. Let me know if it all works. This is the first trainer I've tried to make, so it is possible I screwed something up. It works here though.

What is strange about the name? It is a trainer for deus ex, version 1.1.662. dx1662trainer seemed reasonable enough. I had to name it something.
