How to get multiplayer working on Aliens vs Predator

1. Install AvP - Razor1911(DO NOT CRACK THE STEAM_API.DLL, ONLY CRACK THE .EXE)

If you already installed AvP and cracked the steam_api.dll, download the non cracked and replace it:

2. Download Steam and install it
3. Download Zero Gear Demo
4. Fine the Zero Gear batch file(C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\zero gear), right click and edit, and replace everything in it with this:

cd /d "C:\Program Files (x86)\Aliens Vs Predator"
start AvP.exe

("replace the path inside the parentheses to where you installed the game to, but do not remove the parentheses")

5. Go to your Aliens Vs Predator folder and open the steam_appid text document and replace the number with 18800.
7. Go to your Steam and start the Zero Gear Demo

Now just go to the multiplayer in-game and browse for games. If you don't see any games either no one is hosting or just keep trying. It took me a little to get it working, I kept going to multiplayer, browsing games, exiting AvP and kept repeating it for a bit until it started to work and now it's always working.

Yes it does work, you can only play with other people doing the same method, and since it's new there's not a lot of people online yet. So it could be that no one is currently hosting.

If a black screen comes up, it most likely means that your steam_appi.dll is cracked. Just download the original one that I posted and replace it with the one in your AvP directory.

I tried it EXACTLY as told, but in the multiplayer menu, only Invite Friends and Leaderboards options can be selected, and nothing happens on pressing Enter (Leaderboards open, but say Cannot Connect). I have the EN-RU LossyRepack but it's details say NOTHING Ripped. Please tell me what to do and what error is there.

It got patched, so this doesn't work anymore. There are only 5 servers with people you can play in and the admins are little kids that will ban you if you break one of their 1,000 server rules. The mutliplayer for this game isn't worth trying because I own the game.

another website but not the official site and want to know that how to
apply swarm map pack for it please ?

You have to buy the DLC and Steam will unlock the maps for your account.
