I'm not sure that is the secret ending, its listed separately in the guide as one you can get with high enough War Assets.

Yeah people for some reason keep confusing the two. War assets is halved by galatic readiness to get your EMS score.

The EMS score is what influences what ending you get.

According to the colascend itself you can not get more than ~3800 EMS with single player alone.
