Max Payne 3 Cutscenes Sound Problem

Anyone else having no sound during some cutscenes?

nope i cant get it to go past the load screen 1s i block the max payne exe with the firewall.

I allowed it, worked fine, can even sign into rockstar

managed to get it to work you have to make an new outbound rule blocking both maxpayne.exe and playmaxpayne.exe... you can leave the inbound as is and this will make the game select offline mode.
