PC gaming vs. Console Gaming

PC for me!
I've spent enough money on my pc to buy PS3,XBOX360 and own a PC!
Why PC ?
1. Games have better graphics!
2. Action game controllers are easier to handle
3. You can pirate shit!

PC gaming for me... graphics... surround sound... 3D gaming, handy thing about PC gaming is that you can calibrate your keyboard buttons for certain actions and moves for games... although I do play Angry Birds on my ASUS Transformer... is that classed as a PC?

Absolutely love my PC, but I love my PS3 as well...different experience. Great for cinematic experiences. The consoles are much more accessible, the problem that PCs will always suffer from to their console brethren.

I'm going to go neutral and pick PC and Console, just because Koei didn't release Dynasty Warrior Empires series and Gundam series on PC. But the rest of my games are on PC though...

PC ftw since u can upgrade it everytime its outdated

but if u brought a xbox 360 then xbox 720 comes out (2013 check E3) then its like FML

The results of the post speak for themselves.

No self-respecting gamer, In their right mind, Would choose consoles over PC.

1) Total, Unlimited, Complete upgradability of hardware.
2) Performance in all aspects, On PCs is better.
3) No need to go performing open-heart surgery on a PC, To play 'copied' games.
4) Capacity for saving games, Is limited only by hard drive space, Which, For PCs, Is exponentially greater.
5) Backwards compatibility (capability of playing older generation games) on PCs is far greater, And, Even if its not as simple as double-clicking on an icon, Workarounds are still far easier, Than consoles.

Those 5 reasons alone, Stand testament to the superiority of gaming on a pc!!!

I do agree PC is better, but all my favorite games aren't available on the PC. God of War, Uncharted, all the really good games that I like are only available on consoles. So until they decide to port "all" games to PC and allow "all" games the option to use controllers instead of mouse and keyboard, I'll stick with consoles.

Pc all the way, the PC is dynamic in so many ways that now the consoles are trying to copy what makes the PC great such as steam now for the consoles etc. Consoles are caught somewhere in time. The tech they had on release is/was cutting edge but is quickly eclipsed by the PC market in 6 months. The PC can do so much more in terms of raw processing power, no console could ever compete. I am very biased in my opinion because i have been an avid PC gamer for years true, but also i recognize greatness when i see it xd. So i will always be a keyboard and mouse man the PC is my home and i love it :)

For me the main point is simple. I didnt take up serious gaming till the age of 38. I'd played PGA Tour 2 previously as it was the only game I wanted on the Mega Drive (Genesis) but hadn't touched games much as they just weren't my thing at the time.
I find when I do play on a console I just can't use the controllers and they don't feel natural to me with the freedom of mouse and keyboard being streets above any controller controlled movement
No sticky aim or handholding with trageting for us PC advocates

Went with the xbox though I would prefer to get games for the pc because of the better community support I have a problem using the keyboard/mouse configuration
