For people who still have the saving issue.

Just add SR TT as a non-steam game to the NORMAL STEAM.

I was able to play SR3 for a short period with smartsteam 1.5.0.13, until it started showing me the "Unable to connect to steam network" error. Do you guys know of any other way of playing and properly saving your games on vista 32 bit?
