Which Anti Virus do you like the most??

A couple years ago when I bought my laptop it came with a free year long subscription for CA Antivirus 2007....it came with 3 licenses so I used it on my computer as well as my dads for his laptop and his office computer...Well anyways he ended up liking the way it worked and bought a new subscription for it so we got the 2008 version...I am still using in on my laptop, and while I have had it on I have never had any infections, always caught things immediately...it is still my go to antivrus, anti-spam, and personal firewall etc software that I put on computers that i build for friends and family....Unfortunately it is not Windows 7 compatible so I switched over to AVG 8.5....seems to be working well sofar..

My personal favourite is indeed Nod32. It seems to run quietly and effeciently and also i love the small size. installing, or more importantly removing Nod32 is also very easy. Unlike some other anti-viruses. But if you're after a truly stable anti-virus system. Get yourself a free distribution of Linux =)

I use ESET Smart Security 4. It has less false positives, uses 50 mb main memory and isn't irritating at all.

i could recommend avira antivir free edition and

comodo internet security (once free, now pay, i have the free one)

use comodo internet security (uncheck antivirus)

it is best to have avira plus comodo internet security

i hope i am safe with these ! . avira should be updated to new version every 6 months

(download and install)

in my opinion antivir is the best antivirus if you don't want to spend money. it's free and very light compared to other software.

I like ESET but sometimes I cant update its database. Using Norton Internet Sercurity now. :D

No need for antivirus here. I am using a mac. With my vista I use avast. This is my personal opinion, Light as it is,I think that it's the best free antivirus you can use.

Nod 32 669 .0 . Security Suite . No pull on the sytem ,Fast at eliminating the problems etc, 9 out of 10.

I am using Avira Antivir Personal (which is free) and I am quiete happy with it. Although I rarely get any malware or viruses since everything I load (mostly from here) is quite clean and I stopped going for torrents or any other dubious sites...

I am using ESET NOD32 and I'm happy with it, because it keeps me safe, does not slow down my pc and i had no viruses so far. Before ESET, I had installed Kaspersky and Norton, both of them made my system much slower, even the boot process slowed down...

Well, I use combo for my self thats

1. Symantec Corporate AntiVirus 10.0
2. ZoneAlarm Extreme Security Suite 8.0.0

This is my setup for atleast 4 years, and I feel much safe on net too.

BTW ZA is bit pricy but its best security even the latest istealers get detected on it too!!!
