Ha, Apple tried the same thing with the EVO 4g LTE (HTC Jewel) which happens to run circles around the iPhone 4s and iPad 3. The US version of the Samsung Galaxy S 3 has the same SoC as the HTC Jewel, and Apple is definitely afraid of new devices running ICS. They're going to play this game with each new release. If you cannot innovate, litigate! That should be Apple's motto. I'm really beginning to HATE this company. I just loaded Ubuntu on the Macbook Pro I received for free, because seeing anything that reminds me of this company just pisses me off.
