I wonder if they will also inform their customers that this amount of wattage dictates they will need a minimum 15 amp dedicated circuit.
That is if they don't want their lights dimming.

15 amps at 120 VAC =1800 watts.
Depending on the length of the wire run you will have some voltage drop which will increase the amperage draw.

I'd opt for a 20 amp dedicated circuit for safety.
Will also allow you to upgrade to the 1800 watt heaters (PSU) when they come out next year.

I wonder if it's the same as EVGA's PSU. I used to think it's just companies that made the PSUs, turns out that only 2 or 3 companies make the PSUs and major "publishers" like EVGA and OCZ just put their names on them.

To be fully honest with you, I have built two different PCs and have not heard of ENERMAX before. I'd think I would have heard of them before.

The EVGA PSU is definitely my next part.

I'm pretty sure Enermax has been around much longer than OCZ or EVGA. According to their website, the company started in 1990. They were well-known by 2000, anyway; I used a bunch for servers at work and for my home systems.

Enermax is pretty old school when in comes to PSUs. They've been around forever and were, as far as I remember, the first PSU brandname (known mostly for their superior quality).
