I must say it...I'm quite disappointed with RD. It's not the same it was before and they have let me down for 1 year.

I've been a loyal customer for ages but now I'm not even allowed to pay for it with my paypal account!! What a shame!

Err... obviously not their fault. Its paypal. Better for me though, service is getting too popular and getting rubbish speeds.

Speeds are fine for me last time I checked, can cap my 40Mbit/sec (5MB/sec) download connection. Try using a download accelerator like Internet Download Manager and see if the speeds are better.

I wish i could have your same connection speed.
Unfortunately, because for my internet provider here in Italy, in my region, I'm allowed to reach only a maximum of 700 kb/sec .

It's not a problem concerning speeds, because I'm using Internet Dowload Manager too.

It's rather a problem concerning pay methods and lack of support by the majority of file hosting services.

Almost every time I have to spend hours looking for links that are supported. The whole situation it's getting worse and worse and I'm getting more and more frustrated.

Is anybody else incredibly frustrated with alldrebrid? My account expired and I'm having so much trouble renewing it's ridiculous, I feel like Fry shouting, "Shut up and take my money!"

Since official paypal is gone I have 3 options for paying: paymentwall, moneybrookers, retailbiweb.

paymentwall: Tried signing up for an account and added a credit card. Everything went smoothly but as I got to the last payment screen I couldn't click "complete checkout". The only box I can click is "add a new payment method," gave up on this so I tried moneybrookers

moneybookers: I have absolutely no idea on how to add a form of payment to make purchases. If I click the "upload" tab to add money I get to a screen with this prompt, "We are currently working on allowing uploads into your wallet. Nevertheless, you can still make payments to merchants and websites by using credit card, Mazooma or bank wire. When you reach the checkout simply select the option to "Pay via Skrill (Moneybookers)", login to your account and complete your payment." Tried checking out again multiple times and but nada

retailweb: Don't know why charge more, but it costs 10E for 78 days. Still I tried checking out via paypal but my payment still wouldn't go through. Think it's because the site redirects you to France paypal

Since I was desperate, I was successfully able to sign up for a 3 month account to real-debrid after reading about how similar they are. But my experience has been the opposite. When I signed up today, netload and rs were down. Luckily it's looks like netload is back now but I haven't tried it yet. Worst part is the down speeds I'm getting. Only tried a few files on uploaded but it's almost 1/4 of what I was getting on all-debrid

The last few posts mentioned that the site was having issues, really hope this is true since I signed up for a 3 month account.

Agreed. The only reason I posted above was to see if there was an easier way to make payment to alldebrid. Both of these sites provide an incredible service with a price I can afford.

On another note, it seems both sites are having hosting issues. Seeing rs down on both, with netload coming back intermittently. Hope it all gets resolved

RS is working fine while netload links are having some issues. Hope it gets sorted.

The thing that I don't understand is why on the real-debrid site, the links are generated properly as online but then in jdownloader some are offline.

Where the hell are you getting your (mis)information? They didn't add any days to my account and the generated RS links still give a 404 error like they have been for days. No change whatsoever.

My account was gonna expire tomorrow and they extended mine by 7 days, so I'm happy :)

Check yours again or send them a mail.

Cheers
Upon your "Cheer"y recommendation, I did "bother" to check their Facebook page--it really is a "bother" to me to have to log in to Facebook to get support, and then only be able to add comments that may be deleted if they don't like them, and not be able to start a support request. Now I am officially (mis)informed.

100 from both hosters? Doesn't say "100 RS premium accounts" like the OP claimed.

OK, I checked and it does appear that they added 7 days. Thank you RD. Still waiting for RS to come back. . .

Well the way you stated it implied that.

All working accounts are "premium". The "free" account does not work.
