Default I'm going to be recording a streaming video with fraps. What frame-rate is best?

Should I use frame-rate of 29.9fps, 30fps, 60fps. I'm an american so my format is NTSC normally so would 29.9fps be the best or that isn't how it works with fraps? Meaning higher might be better? The resolution of the video is hd like 1080p or 720p if that matters.

What are you going to record? because 60fps just means that you get 60 images in a second. I doubt that the is going to be at 60fps. So just stay with 30

I thought most HD movies are 24fps, so could try that and see how it turns out
