Prorgram to Cut & Save Portion of Video Files?
Hi all I'm looking for a program that lets you cut parts of a video file and save them. Like where if you have a video file about 2 minutes long, you could select the portion form 1.21 minutes/seconds into the video to 1.53 minutes/seconds and save just that part.
Anyone know of such a program?

I think it depends on the file type, VirtualDub and VirtualDubMod should be able to do this for avi files and tsmuxer / mkvmerge for mkv files.
