Cheers for the info, might buy one of those next time I need a new HDD, which could be very soon by the looks of it, only got 6GB free between both externals and 5GB on my computers lol.

honestly i didnt read all the post b/c im lazy and i should b in bed but the bad thing about movies is you cant compress it much period when i say compress it if u have like a 4500mb mkv movie and u use win rar on ultra high compression it will prob compress it to about 4300mb mkv and it would take hours to do it so IMO its not worth it i might b rong but thats wat i have done and it didnt save ne space and took way to much time
