Xperia Arc ICS issues

Hi, anybody who has issue with their Xperia Arc after updating it to Android 4.0 ICS?

Mine is laggy, apps freeze at times, & the unit will restart at times for some reason.

Check XDA, it's a whole community of Android phone users and such.
