Default Crepes- Japan style

Hey i just came home from a Trip to Japan, and i was wondering if people know how to make those crepes that are crispy and have a really nutral flavor and goes well with creme and fruits...

the crepe itself is much thinner in aperance and has a crispy texture

they are really good

a receipe would be nice and perhaps topping combos that you have tried and liked

Do you mean okonomiyaki?
You can buy the base in japanese store or try to make it yourself http://www.japan-guide.com/r/e100.html

I usually put dried bonito, seaweed, and cabbage with okonomiyaki and japanese mayonaise sauce...

I don't think it's okonomiyaki (much thicker and heartier). Japan's cities are filled with crepe stands ...you referring to the ones rolled almost like ice cream cone and are filled with whipped cream, fruits, ice cream or savory fillings and such?? Recipe seems hard to find..but some interesting tips are here: http://www.japan-guide.com/forum/que...y.html?0+32697
