The 3D CG looked a bit sloppy on some scenes, but overall I like it. The films seem like a spot on reenactments of the Golden Age arc of the manga. I'm quite curious about whether some of the more graphic content from the manga will be cut or toned down for a more general audience.

This is gonna be a good year for Berserk fans. I'm even anticipating another anime series in the future, but I shouldn't get my hopes up lol.

i think it will be 3 movies of this arc, unless they make more after the eclipse...

I think there will be an anime series for post eclipse Berserk. The retribution arc seems to have a more episodic pacing.

i hate these flash back movies/series. it's boring. i want the movies/series start like the manga, after these flash backs. i want to see Gut kills monsters! the manga is brilliant with that. i already owned the anime that came out years ago. it's really boring.

Eh, it feels a little cheap and incomplete for me. It's kind of like how they did it with Escaflowne by making the movie. Everyone now remembers the movie but that series was far superior.

Yeah the 19GB one is via TPB I think. Been following the comments. They are saying that they will probably reupload after resizing it and doing all that reencoding stuff (which I know nothing about) I guess in the next week or so it will be fan-subbed :)

yeah,subbed will probably will come within this week..and english dub is supposed to be released in US by VIZ this fall,probably about christmas or new year.
