I like Evangeline from the negima series.

She is around 500 years old, trapped as a ten year old, uses magic, and is of the highest class of vampire, Shinso, which means True Ancestor, a this means that she was not bitten and made into a vampire, but is rather a natural born vampire or really became a vampire through magical means...she is also a high daylight walker.

Zero, Yuuki, and Kaname from Vampire Knight.

Shido Tatsuhiko from Nightwalker (Mayonaka no Tantei) is love! I like how he doesn't take the brooding thing too far - just gets down to business when he is whupping other monster's proverbial asses! ....And he has a nice voice, both in the Japanese and English version!
