This OVA follows Naruto and Team 7's attempt to win a competition among he other Genin, which consists of various sporting events and races where the winning team will receive a week's paid vacation.

Naruto has to use the toilet throughout the entire OVA, only to be prevented in each attempt by his fellow Genin and his own mistakes. In the end, he has no choice but to let it go on the track, while surrounded by the others, no less. This OVA does not fit into the series' timeline because it features cameos by every single non filler character (including the dead ones such as the Fourth Hokage) from the first part of the series (mostly waiting in the line for the men's room), regardless of affiliation.

This is shown as a bonus before the Japanese release of the first Naruto movie. The OVA will be released on the American DVD release of the first Naruto Movie.
