I have watched the two movies Ghost in the Shell and Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence. Should I watch the Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex Solid State Society movie or the TV series first? And what's with the movies The Laughing Man, The Individual Eleven, when do I watch them?

I recommend you watching the "Stand Alone Complex" Series first. As that is the plot in Laughing man.
Then I recommend watching "Second Gig" as that is the plot for "Individual Eleven".
You can watch the movies afterwards as they are a nicely done version of the plot in the series. But I recommend the series first as they are really got when you first get into them.

Well there are 3 movies. The 1st movie is the original GitS. The second movie, Innocence, is a sequel to the first.
Both 1 and 2 are unrelated to the TV series.

Then you have GitS Stand Alone Complex and GitS 2nd GiG and the 3rd movie Solid State Society, which is a sequel to the second TV series.

Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex - The Laughing Man is a summary of the first season.
Ghost in the Shell: S.A.C. 2nd GIG - Individual Eleven is a summary of the second season, and a sequel to the first summary.
Skip both if you want.

Movie 1 -> Movie 2

Stand Alone Complex -> 2nd GiG -> Solid State Society (Movie 3)
