Default Ran out of anime to watch, recommend something!

Almost finished Darker than Black and I have nothing to look forward to except from the on-going anime which is like 1 ep every week ><. Here's a list of what ive got so far:

Looking for a funny, high school type anime but anything is fine :D Also unique ones.

Thanks

Yeah, i have FMA on DVD :D. I heard Macross was good, I think have some random dvds floating around. Do I have to watch the previous to watch Frontier?

Looking into Tokyo Majin and Mushi-shi. Just finished reading the wiki of Mushi-shi and it sounds pretty interesting, kinda reminds me of Moyashimon. Probably gonna start that one next.

Thanks for quick reply ^^

Ouran Host Club - Rich high school comedy
Basilisk - Romeo and Juliet with ninjas
Ayakashi and Mononoke - Japanese horror stories; unique art style
Eyeshield 21 - Long sports series; high school football
Macross Frontier - love triangles and mecha
Special A - Another rich high school comedy romance
Fatal Fury Ovas and Movie - Based off a fighting game; a bit cheesy, but I like it

Hmm...that's all I can think of atm. Hope it helps =D

Mushishi seconded, very amazing.
Also check Monster, you can't go wrong with it.

Some other stuff you might like: Hunter X Hunter, Kekkaishi, Hajime no Ippo, Dennou Coil

high school type animes
I really enjoyed TOKIMEKI MEMORIAL - ONLY LOVE last year, 25 eps
also, LOVELY COMPLEX got to be a lot more funny than I expected at first
I've hear a lot about TRUE TEARS and its final episode, but didn't watch it yet

there was another I liked, even though I'm not much into the high school anime type, can't remember the name, damn, what caught me in this anime were the voice acting of the two main protagonists, they sounded like real teenager, you know, no shouting every 10 seconds (a lot of that in LOVELY COMPLEX, though)
waity a second I'm gonna look for it somewhere... here it is : BOKURA GA ITA

and my all-time favorite HONEY AND CLOVER, not high school but Art college type
excellent, was made in 2005, this one HAS to be a modern classic...

with macross frontier you dont exactly have to watch anything before hand, it has a thing at the start of the eps which explains everything.

but for the others its better to watch the old ones first.
i only watched Macross Zero first, because its only 6 eps.
and that made it make heaps of sense.

but yea, you dont need to watch any others first to watch frontier.

full name for tokyo majin is..
Tokyo Majin Gakuen Kenpuchou

hmmmm... this isnt quite a light high school show, but....

Ninja Scroll, hands down one of the best. I bet you have seen that, though...
