Ouran High School Host Club it's the funniest one i've watch. Every episode is full of silliness. There is only one episode that is not funny. But you will have to watch it to find out.

Ah yes GTO is hilarious at times! I haven't seen the anime but the manga is pure gold. Another one that had me in tears was bobobo-bobo-bobo, yeah, it's a little strange, but if you just take it as it is they do some hilarious stuff in that show.
