Personally, I usually refuse to watch Anime in RMVB format. I think the quality is lacking severely. I know its an easy 50-80mb download and its fast. But to me it just doesn't look good enough. Anyone Agree?

For regular television series rmvb or even flv works just fine for me. However, for feature lengths I do prefer higher quality.

I never watch anything in RMVB format. I just can't stand how terrible the quality is. Plus, now file sizes for half-hour shows in MKV format are getting to be relatively small (I've seen as low as 130MB). So waiting a little over twice as long (which still isn't that long) is completely worth it, IMO.

I used to watch RMVB's because the site i was using only hosted those and I couldn't use torrents. I hate them now and tend to stick to avi and mkv. sometimes i'll even do an ogm. plus since i get free comcast internet i can get em in a decent time.

I watch RMVB, but If I can get .avi I do so. The RMVBs I usually download are quite High quality.
Mostly I'll stream from high quality streaming sites. If it's a small anime, about 5-15 episodes long, then I'll stream FLV.

if there is no RMVB i don't know how much dvd i'll need to keep my collection

I prefer .avi or HD .mkv, but when I can't download it then I watch anime in RMVB. But RMVB isn't so bad.

To add rmvb takes up much less space, about 95MB whilst it's .avi counterpart takes 130MB etc naturally. I actually store the rmvbs rather than the .avis.

RMVB horrible Quality, but small storage for people who dont have space

AVI, MKV, OGM all HQ great stuff to watch, full lenght- large space requrie but Harddrive are cheap to buy 500 gig -750 gig around 100 dollars..

I have 2 terrabyte of harddrive, it all fills, cost around 350 dollars,
