PS3 blu ray player

I have a chance to buy a ps3 with a broken blu ray player in it. Anyone know the best place to buy a new blu ray player to install in it? Thanks.

Probably the laser... they sell for around $55-$65 on ebay. You'd need to know what version of the PS3. Mine is an early version 40GB model and it takes the KES-400a.
