Here's thenew link for patch 17 and 18,extract to data folder.

Also,i found this at 3dmgame forums but i didn't try it.It's a update from version 5346 to 5445.As i understand;it says he complied files to one pack file in mod format.There's no crack for 5445 so he made the pack file in mod format and when you load the game;game thinks this is a mod file and loads the pack file.With google translate:

Include patch18.pack & patch19.pack & shaders_patch11.pack & shaders_patch12.pack material UI and rendering database update:

Repair bloodiest patch.
The new UI icon.
Repair trees rendering errors.
Change the shadow rendering to improve performance.

After installation will be re-generated rendering cache the fx_cache "folder.
The first time you load the game the time required may be very long.

MOD in the form of this patch is to overwrite the original file, not including the implementation of program

Hey guy for anyone having the problem with nothing happening after pressing shogun2.exe.
I solved this problem by turning off logitech setpoint.
