Apart from torrents,thr r no live links of the HD pack :( speed on torrent is below 10kbps :(:(

I tried to do step 5 and 6 but when I open the file SkyrimPref.ini the line "bEnableFileSelection=1" is already in Launcher, but I don't have 2 other lines, so I add them and save, but I can't save it. It said "access denied", and now my Data File button is still grey. I wonder if there's any way to fix it. Thank you very much.

You can it by running notepad as administrator then open skyrimPrefs.ini

Try to save in other place and then copy the file to the same directory.
