Did you get the 5 fragments so you can play the 1st Desmond's memory sequence? Is this tested by you?
None of us is able to play it with the crack. Crash to desktop occurs.

yes broda I have tested this and it works great.. My Younger Bro Played it for hours on Windows 7 X64, Core 2 Duo, Nvidia GTS450

And a lot of people are playing from my upload..

Also Guys follow this to make ur game work.

Copy all the contents from SKIDROW folder including the orbit folder to your installation directory.

Then Copy The Contents of the orbit folder from SKIDROW folder in DVD into the ubisoft game launcher ( C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher

Also make sure to block ubisoft game launcher in ur firewall..
