Dolphin tutorial for Gamecube games
1) Download the latest emulator here:

2) Check for compatibility here:

3) Then download the ROMS / games from here:
http://www.emuparadise.org/Nintendo_...ting-With-A/42
4) Extract ROMS / games and change the settings to
windowed mode at least 1024x768 (only pick 4:3 resolutions),
direct3d9 in graphics plugins,
This will run extremely well on a dual core over 2.6 ghz and a graphics card with the equivalent of 32 shaders
