Hi all.....a little question: I installed the main game and the 1.06.06 patch(the last official patch) and i don't install Don to the Danube.I noticed at the right bottom of the main menu: Installed version :1.04.35 beta Exe version : 1.06.06 I think the important version is the Exe version cause i installed the cracked version of the last patch and it's not recognized by the game installation.I am right?? However the 1.06.06 changes are effective?? The game works fine and i would thank everyone work to keep this game always updated. Many many thanks!!!!!wonderful work! |

106.19 BETA  Extract to game folder and allow to overwrite older files This updates everything except for version number displayed from within game's interface. Version number is cosmetic issue and can be ignored However, if you insist version number be displayed correctly, modify appropriate location in your registry For instance on a windows seven machine it would be found at [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Matrix Games\Gary Grigsby's War in the East] "version"="X" where X is the older incorrect version number change it so it looks like this "version"="v1.06.19BETA" Last edited by soldaten; 09-29-12 at 01:24 PM. |

TIP: From this: get only DWSetupCrack.exe When you want to update your game run the official patch and when it asks for the serial load DWSetupCrack.exe and press Crack Setup. Then you can enter any serial... It works with most Matrix patches: WitE + expansion, FoG, Blitzkrieg from Warsaw to Paris are just a few i can confirm... No need to search for cracked patches! (Note: when updating you must use the same serial as the one used to install the game, even if it is fake) Last edited by GCS; 09-29-12 at 03:40 PM. |
