Also there have been talk that to get rid of the camera bug turn down the resolution and restart the pc, that may or may not help.

if all else fails

Try deleting "GTAIVGDF.dll" but make a backup first, this might work.

I don't normally vouch for posters but this one seems to work. I played it for 30 mins and no camera shaking at all, and also i could save.
My settings going into the game were 1024x768 which i stuck with. Im about to test it on my second system, both have 9600 gt cards, i hope this helps.
Also ill mention i added gtaiv.exe, Launchgtaiv.exe and RGSCLauncher.exe to be blocked on my firewall rules.
So far so good people, ill keep you upto date.

thanks for this just got it to work without camera shake only played for 15 mins so dont know if theres any other problems but best one out there for now

patience till reloaded or razor take a move.. ive downloaded this game since yesterday and play it only 5 minute before it restart hahaha but actualy ive set internet policy in my firewall to block all internet connection i thought there will be auto patch or something but i was wrong...

now i start to desperate and way to giveup

Make sure you patch both paul.dll files in root and Activation directories. Also block the listed files from the net as stated above. Ive played through 5 or so missions now and no shaking or any other issues on 2 different computers.
Ill keep you upto date if there are any changes.

Yep camera shaking.
I've turned down resolution/restarted/disabled interned and nothing does.
It's the same crack as before
