I forgot to code em b4, so as soon as I saw my post I edited it and right after I saw ur post and I did not know wht I did wrong, I posted and modified my post in like 5 mins, are ppl just hanging out here waiting for the crack looking at each and every post???

I can personally say that this didn't work on my rig. The shaky camera comes within 5 mins of starting the game.

Quad Core Q9450
4GB RAM
EVGA 8800GTS 512 MB

One thing i noticed is that, the texture setting is set to 'Medium' but the resolution is a full 1680X1050.

Ok what i realised is that the shakey camera started when i watched the intro, so what i did was let the intro play out (shakey) then exited the game, copied the cracked files back over again into the directory (incase the shakey thing did something within the files).
Then I started the game again but skipped the intro straight away. My partner and I have been playing the game for 4 hours straight now on 2 different systems together and everything including the video footage has played out fine.
For those that would like me to do a step by step let me know, but we are about 10 missions in without any problems.

The drunk camera is because the crack don´t crack all the game, there is no simples solution to fix this... You can play the benchmark and the camera will be back to normal, but the cars don´t... We just have to wait for the working crack.

indeed. and it takes time for a real scene group as they test the release until the finish most of the time, while p2p and other noname lame groups rush their crack to the public with no testing at all.

Because my post was self explanatory for most, but others sometimes need a little more, hence the offer for a step by step solution.
So here it goes :
1) After installing GTA 4 use the Wurstsuppe crack by copying paul.dll, gtaiv.exe and Launchgtaiv.exe into your mainfolder (root gta4 folder). Also copy paul.dll also into your "Offlineactivation"-Folder.
2) Block the following files with your fire wall, RGSCLauncher.exe, gtaiv.exe and Launchgtaiv.exe with your firewall (I used Trendmicro 09 to block them, so Im still connected to the net but GTA4 cant access it.
3) After running the game the first time you'll find that the shaky camera happens during the intro to the game. What I did was let the intro play out shaking then exit the game and go back in and all will stay fine as long as you press Enter as soon as the movie intro starts. So i watched the movie (shaking first time), then after exiting second time i skipped the intro straight away by pressing enter.
4) You could also skip the movie intro all together which also worked for me on initial testing. Remember the key is to skip the intro.

As I said my partner and I have been playing till that point for 5 hours. Save games and all movie footage after the intro have played out fine so far. Also Ill make note that we have closed and reopened the game a couple of times during this period to test the save games and they have also worked fine no problems.
Both systems are identical AMD accept one has a X2 4200 the other a X2 6000. Both are running 9600 GT cards. I tested also on 178 and now 180 drivers.
Following this exact should result on a working game, either that or for some really bizarre reason the game is just working us.
I Hope this helps someone and if i think of anything else Ill let you all know.
Update : Sorry other thing i forgot was after the first run (with shakey camera in intro) when i exited i copied those files back over the top again just to be sure, before starting the game for a second time. So I repeated step 1 which i did mention. Also to be sure, let the intro play out, so ya get the shakey screen, then exit, copy all files over the top, go back to game and skip intro straight away.
