I have a question. I already have the first dvd of this game so i only need the second dvd. Which parts i have to download to have dvd 2 ?

First 8-9, but only if archive starts from DVD2.

Yes I have GTA vice city ultimate game and this game look like real life and this is my favorite game.

Game dont work. SecuLauncher: failed to start application. [2000] -> 0x00000001
I spend over 2h on google, none of any solution work. So this is upload fault. Waste all day to dl this

edit. I get it to work. As I said the fault lays in this upload - it's missing one file. The original LaunchEFLC.exe, because this is cracked steam version so crack don't work. You have to find on the network LaunchEFLC.exe (about 6MB) file and replace it. After this game work. Oh and turn off internet connection while you installing it.

Original Reloaded release is not nuked, also patch 1.2 is not nuked too, so it can't be this upload or Reloaded fault.

Very probably you have to update Games for Windows Live client, just like in many other GFWL based games.
BTW, active Internet connection can't be a problem. You create GFWL OFFLINE profile, so it doesn't matter.

like for instance, after the "connect to internet" need to bypass the date release phase..

Disable Internet, install game, install patch, copy crack, play.
