great upload im burning the iso image now , my question is 1. does this require steam account? 2.what file is the exe file an which is crack exe? and what exe do i run first? sorry for being a noob when it comes to pc games

1. This is steam free!

2. So after you have installed the game, copy all the files of the crack to your installed directory(in C:\Program Files\Just Cause 2...). When you have copied the cracked content there, just click copy and replace when prompted. After that, just click on the .exe application you just copied over from the crack. Or if that doesn't work for you, try launcher.exe

Which one are you talking about? I think there is only v1.0 and v1.1 for pc and v1.02 for ps3. The one I have provided works fine for me. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

This is the only links i have been able to find that haven't been taken down yet.
The last fileserve file have been taken down, but just grabbed the megaupload one instead.
Looks like the extra content has also been taken off fileserve but is still up on megaupload.
