Download DVD 2 part 7 again.
It should solve the issue.

Part 9 2nd extraction repaired with winrar.

I downloaded and installed Blackboxrepack with basically no problems. The only problem i encountered is that the PlayMaxPayne3.exe (Launcher) would sometimes freeze up when launched (running under Windows 7). I just told it to launch as Administrator and have no problems since. Thanks for the great share!
