I can confirm that it is true. I just tried it and it works like a charm. The only annoyance is that the notifications are in Spanish but since the whole thing is automated, it doesn't really matter.

In reply to my own question, I've found a suite of small add-ons to this program, one of them is a config file that allows you to change the language from Spanish to English.
You can download the suite here:

The Read Me is in Indonesian but it's all pretty simple.

I've found the original page for this where you can download a proper installer.

The page is in Spanish but I'm using Google Chrome and it translated it in English. If you are having a hard time with it, here is a direct link to the installer download:
